How can I pay for my order?

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will notify you upon receipt of your order and again when your order ships via email. This will contain all of the information you need to keep up to date with the status of your order.

Can I cancel or change my order? 

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, and so for this reason we are unfortunately unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Please be aware we also do not offer returns unless items are damaged upon arrival in which case if you get in contact we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Can I exchange my order? 

As an small, independent brand we don't offer exchanges at this time.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged? 

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition. Please let us make it right by contacting our customer service team through the contact page on our website or via Instagram. 

How should I take care of my clothing? 

We recommend washing on cold (30ºC), whilst turning the clothing inside out to maintain your item. Do not tumble dry. Iron inside out, skimming quickly and gently over the print.
